Helping women who want to love what they see in the mirror feel s*xy AF through coaching and healing bo***ir experiences, finally embracing their bodies as they are.

15/04/2026

I almost didn’t post this. 🙃

But maybe it will help you feel a little less alone because it is so human to rely on external things or validation sometimes.

And often, doing that can even serve a purpose.

But ultimately, we want to feel a sense of enoughness without needing anything outside of us. 🙌

That’s what most of us are really looking for.

If you read my posts, you know I often talk about helping women feel more confident in their bodies and in themselves.

🙅‍♀️ But it is not the kind of confidence that comes from having a studio.

Or from making money.

Or from having a body that society deems acceptable.

It is not the kind of confidence that lives only in your head.

✨ It’s the kind of confidence that is felt in your body. ✨

Like a steady, quiet anchor and sense of who you are. 🌳

And honestly… it’s the only kind of confidence I am interested in helping women build.

Because otherwise, it is fleeting. 🤷‍♀️

The moment something external changes, like a job, a studio, or your appearance, it disappears. 😔

Grounded, real, lasting confidence comes from within, and it’s something you can access no matter what life throws your way.

So how do we build that? 👀

It starts and ends with self-trust.

The first step of The New Sexy is Meeting Yourself Where You Are.

Instead of automatically turning to the next diet or workout plan to feel better in your body, we go deeper.

I help you recognize your intuition and tune into what your body actually wants and needs.

We do this honestly and compassionately, with a roadmap that transforms how you feel in your body, about your body, and how you show up in the world.

A new group of incredible, self-aware women are beginning The New Sexy Awakening next month. 🥳

If you are ready to stop outsourcing your confidence and feel more at home in your body, message me to apply. ❤️❤️

Join me in honoring these last four and a half beautiful, expansive, and healing years as I close my studio 🌿

✨ To celebrate this season, I’m offering a limited number of mini sessions at very special rates.

Both bo***ir and professional headshot and branding mini sessions are available for women who want to step into their next chapter of confidence and purpose with me 🙌

Most of the spots are already taken. Message me today for details.

Note: While this physical space and this special chapter is coming to an end, I’m NOT closing my coaching & bo***ir business. We are stepping into a new season of expansion 💫

I didn’t think this day would come…

After four and a half years, we are saying goodbye to my beautiful photography studio…

When we signed the studio lease in 2021, it felt like a dream come true. 💭

My body could barely contain my excitement. The way it came together was truly Divine timing. 🤯

Something big shifted in me when this space opened. I stepped into a new level of confidence in my work. I felt like a new version of myself.

My business multiplied. Not only in income, but in impact and depth. 🥹

✨ And that makes sense because the studio was never just a physical space. It became an emotional and spiritual vessel that helped me bring forward more creativity, light, and deep healing for hundreds of women.

Then October 7th. Tragedy. Heartbreak. And the beginning of so much uncertainty. 💔

Just a few weeks later, I began hosting sexuality workshops and created iPhone Sessions for IDF Wives, an incredible fundraiser where over 130 women received mini bo***ir experiences in this space. It helped them reconnect with their bodies, their sensuality, and their partners during a very challenging time.

🙌 That season gave the studio a deeper layer of meaning I never could have imagined. It was also when I became crystal clear about the importance of this work, who I’m here to serve, and my unique approach and The New Sexy Method I was being called to refine so I could support women in an even bigger way through my virtual coaching work.

The focus shifted from bo***ir as the main tool for body image healing to my signature coaching program being born. 💫

It has now been a couple of years since then, and while my business continues to evolve and I am working with the most amazing and aligned clients, the physical space is no longer being utilized to its potential.

The ongoing war is definitely part of why things didn’t unfold the way we originally envisioned.

Which is why my husband and I didn’t want to make this decision at first… we kept hoping and praying things would recalibrate and feel closer to the steady bo***ir workflow we had before the war.

Truthfully, we held onto the space a little longer because of that.

But now I see this as a powerful choice. 👏

I am deeply grateful for what the studio has given me, what it gave my clients, and what it allowed my business to become. And I can also see what letting it go is making space for in this next chapter of my coaching and bo***ir work.

I won’t sugarcoat it.

There is disappointment here.

Grief.

Some tears.

Some what-ifs.

I’m allowing myself to feel all of it.

And at the same time, I feel something else too…

There’s this sense of expansion in my body, mind, and soul (and I’m genuinely excited for it!) 🤩 I already have some big plans for what’s next, and I’m really looking forward to bringing you along for this next chapter.

Because this space held so many powerful moments, not just for me, but for the women who walked through its doors, I would love to honor it properly before we close this chapter. 🌿

It really is such a special space. The light. The intimacy. The intentional, calm energy.

📣 During the last two weeks of April, I’ll be offering a limited number of mini sessions in the studio.

✨ Intimate and empowering bo***ir sessions, including hair and makeup, for women who want to connect to their femininity and see themselves as art.

✨ And professional headshots and branding sessions for business owners and professionals ready to step into their next level of visibility and confidence.

These will be offered at very special rates, with only a small number of spots available.

If you’d like to be part of closing out this chapter with me and celebrating the beginning of something new, send me a message for details and to claim your spot.

And if this space has been part of your story too, I would love to hear what it meant to you in the comments. 🙏❤️

People think caring about how you feel about your body isn’t as important during times like these.

🙈 That there are bigger things going on.

🙈 That feeling beautiful or good in your body shouldn’t matter right now.

👉 But that’s actually backwards.

When you’re already living in uncertainty, stress, and survival mode, the last thing you need is to also be at war with your body.

Because body image doesn’t just live in your head. It affects how you move through your entire day.

✨ How you get dressed.

✨ How you show up.

✨ How much energy you have for everything and everyone else you’re carrying.

If on top of everything you’re navigating right now you’re also fighting with your body, it just adds another layer of suffering.

And this is why the work I do was never really about the way you look. At least not through other people’s eyes.

It’s about creating safety in your body. 🙌

When we say “I hate the way I look,” part of what’s often underneath that is not feeling safe to exist in your body as it is.

When you begin creating that safety, something shifts.

You come out of survival mode faster.

You reconnect with yourself.

Your nervous system has somewhere to land.

Even in the middle of chaos, you can move through your day with more steadiness. 🌳

This isn’t about perfection. Or always feeling positive or beautiful.

It’s about not making your own body another battlefield.

And that matters. Especially now. ❤️🇮🇱

If you’re nodding along and want to feel sexy AF and experience a sensuality that comes from safety, grounded confidence, and deeply knowing who they are…

Applications for The New Sexy Awakening, my 5-month journey to unwavering body confidence, are now open.

DM me to apply. ✨

I thought I had already passed my “hardest seasons.” 😳

Which is why the last few years being some of the most challenging of my life surprised me.

If you’ve been here long enough, you know I’ve been through a lot. Therapy, deep inner work, and years of dismantling and rebuilding who I thought I had to be…

But there is something ✨ uniquely ✨ painful about knowing what supports you… having all the tools, all the resources, all the self-awareness… and still finding yourself feeling disconnected, exhausted, or out of alignment.

When the war began on October 7th, something shifted collectively.

Our nervous systems moved into a different reality.

And I started hearing the same words from so many women:

“I feel like I went backwards.”

They were highly functioning. Showing up. Holding it all together… while still feeling disconnected from their body and their sensuality. 💔

Sound familiar?

Maybe you’re looking in the mirror thinking, “Who is that person?”

You’re doing all the “right things,” but something still feels off.

But what I’ve come to see is this:

We don’t actually go backwards on our journeys.

Sometimes what feels like regression is actually evolution. 💫

🙅‍♀️ Not a sign that you’ve failed.

🙅‍♀️ Not a sign that you lack discipline.

🙅‍♀️ And definitely not proof that you haven’t healed enough.

Sometimes it means you’re becoming someone new… and the ways you’ve been supporting yourself no longer fully match who you are now.

You’re not losing yourself. You’re outgrowing old structures.

Because becoming isn’t just something you think… it’s something you FEEL in your body.

And the truth is, no one really taught us how to meet ourselves there.

👀 We were never taught what it practically means to “love our bodies.”

Not as an idea. Not as something we only understand intellectually.

But as something we actually live… in how we listen, speak, treat, and relate to our bodies.

And that’s why I created The Self-Care Shift.

Not to fix you.

But to support the version of you that is already emerging. 🙌

For the women who know how capable, worthy, and powerful they are…

…but feel like their current reality hasn’t quite caught up with who they’re becoming.

We begin on Sunday. It’s free.

If you feel yourself in this, I would love to have you there ❤️ Link in comments.

Knowing what to do has never been your problem. And before you blame discipline or laziness… that’s not it. 🙅‍♀️

Here are 10 things that are actually blocking your self-care:

1️⃣ Treating self-care like an “all or nothing” project. If it’s not perfect, you get frustrated or give up.

2️⃣ Taking care of your body, but secretly hoping it will make you smaller or “fix” something.

3️⃣ Only allowing yourself rest or joy once your to-do list is complete.

4️⃣ Expecting yourself to be motivated by criticism instead of kindness.

5️⃣ Calling it “rest” when you are actually just numbing out with scrolling or binging shows.

6️⃣ Following everyone else’s advice instead of listening to your own body.

7️⃣ Forcing yourself to do workouts or routines you hate because you think you “should.”

8️⃣ Believing discipline and self-control are the answer while your inner critic runs the show.

9️⃣ Forgetting that your body isn’t a project to fix. It’s your home. 🤍

🔟 Believing self-care has to change your body instead of deepen your connection to it.

If this list feels a little too real, I created The Self-Care Shift for you.

And here’s what I’ve learned over the past 12 years:

Self-care rooted in guilt might work for a while, but it will never feel good or give you what you really need.

✨ Self-care rooted in love will change everything.

Inside, I’m sharing how to release the guilt-driven “shoulds” and create consistent, nourishing self-care that makes you feel radiant, energized, and alive in your body and in your life.

We begin February 22. 💃🏻

Comment ❤️ and I’ll send you the link to join us. It’s completely free.

I believed that caring for my body meant shrinking it (for “health” reasons, of course).

I’d wake up reciting affirmations, then step on the scale and feel crushed when it wasn’t the number I wanted. 💔

I never even considered that fully accepting my body could be the goal.

Because didn’t that mean I’d just let myself go?

But one day, it hit me.

It didn’t matter how much weight I lost or how much muscle I gained.

There would always be something more to “fix.”

💭 I thought of my grandmother, still believing she needed to lose weight in her eighties.

I thought of the beautiful women in my life who might never see their own beauty clearly.

I thought of my children, and how I dreamed they’d see their bodies with love, not constant criticism.

And I thought of my clients… how I wanted to help them quiet that “never enough” voice and step into their power.

That’s when everything shifted.

I had to let go of the idea that my body was a project to perfect.

Instead, I chose to celebrate it, without conditions. 🥳

Through that journey, I uncovered the truth:

✨ Self-care without self-love is just self-abandonment.
✨ Shame doesn’t heal. Love does. Once I fully embraced my body as it was, my self-care became more consistent and deeply nourishing.

Now?
I eat what I love without guilt.
I move in ways that feel joyful.
I rest without shame. (Most of the time 😜)
I take care of myself because I want to, not because I have to.

And that’s what The Self-Care Shift is all about.

A free 9-day virtual experience to help you nourish your body and soul from love, not guilt or punishment.

We begin February 22.

If you’re ready to rise into the most nourished version of you, comment ❤️ and I’ll send you the link.

If you’re breaking generational cycles, trying to be kinder to yourself, setting boundaries, staying hydrated, building empires…

…and still making dinner every DAMN night… 🤣

I see you. 🫶

I know you’ve come so far…

More confident.
Less body-obsessed.
Committed to self-love.
Wanting to be the kind of role model you never had.

And still… something feels missing 😳

Because even though you’re self-aware and doing the work…

You still catch yourself thinking:
“I need to lose weight.”
Or “Something needs fixing.”

So you bounce between pushing through… or quietly giving up. 🤷‍♀️

Nothing feels consistent.

And honestly… you’re tired.

Tired of starting again. Tired of knowing what to do but not being able to sustain it.

Maybe it was never really about discipline.

Maybe you just haven’t felt safe enough, supported enough, or connected enough for it to actually stick.

The truth is…

You don’t need to try harder.

You need a new way. 🙌

Which is why I created The Self-Care Shift ✨

A free live experience designed to help you nourish your body and life from self-love instead of guilt or punishment.

One powerful live activation Zoom call, followed by 8 days of guided integration with simple daily audio support so the shift actually carries into real life.

Imagine waking up, looking in the mirror, and feeling like anything is possible again.

💃 Moving your body with joy.

🍦 Eating without guilt.

💫 Showing up for yourself and the people you love from overflow.

And yes, it’s free.

We begin February 22 ✨

If you feel the pull, the link to sign up is in the comments.
