Fridays Workout Week 2.

This session I had the pleasure to workout with Efraim Dinner who also happens to be a great videoagrapher. He used my phone to take a few shots.

Having a workout partner can be beneficial in many ways although it can take time to find the right person that you enjoy training with.

Perks of training with a partner:
1. Higher level of commitment
2. Increased levels of motivation
3. Larger degree of accountability

Commitment.

How do we stay on the path?

3 quick tricks that have worked for me.

1. Experimentation - Don't commit until you took on casual approach first to see that this is something you can possibly enjoy from even when the going gets tough.

2. Small Wins - Keep on gaging the little victories that you have set up for yourself. You also need to design a plan with small goals in mind.

3 Blind Devotion - After committing you have to kind of turn off your brain sometimes when all the nagging doubts and laziness kicks in. Accept the thoughts as they come, make improvements to your plan if necessary but put on those blinders so you can keep on grinding.
