Have you jumped rope today? πŸ’ͺ It's one of the best ways to take your cardiovascular strength to a whole new level, plus it’s a full body workout πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ you are working your legs, calves, shoulder and a lot of burning πŸ₯΅ there are various jumping styles that you can play with... watch this video for some ideas! I demonstrate intervals of 20 sec light work and 20 sec double unders πŸ’ͺ I’m also using a weighted jump rope + wearing 5 kg ankle weights to take it up a notch πŸ™

Don’t worry if you don’t have weights at home, Or if your gym is still closed. All you need is a band, some good music, and a positive attitude πŸ’ͺ😊
Try these exercises in your next workout session.
3 sets of 15 banded reverse fly
3 sets of 15 banded over head press
3 sets of 10 each leg over head lunges
For an added challenge add a slider/towel.

Learning Handstand is a journey, journey that contain all kind of different abilities like: mobility, core strength, straight arm strength and balance. πŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈ

Took me a while from the right video where I'm doing a banana handstand to open up my shoulders and back (still not in the place I want) and there's a lot more to work on. πŸ’ͺ I also used a help of other trainers for handbalnce and mobility such as .chech
