Have you jumped rope today? πͺ It's one of the best ways to take your cardiovascular strength to a whole new level, plus itβs a full body workout ποΈββοΈ you are working your legs, calves, shoulder and a lot of burning π₯΅ there are various jumping styles that you can play with... watch this video for some ideas! I demonstrate intervals of 20 sec light work and 20 sec double unders πͺ Iβm also using a weighted jump rope + wearing 5 kg ankle weights to take it up a notch π
