על הדוג'ו:
הדוג'ו הוא חלק מאירגון IOGKF העולמי. האימונים הם אימוני קרטה בסגנון גוג'ו-ריו אוקינאווי מסורתי ומפתחים כושר, כוח, גמישות ויציבה נכונה ברמה הפיזית, יחד עם ביטחון עצמי, שקט נפשי, כוח רצון, סבלנות וסובלנות ברמה הנפשית/מנטאלית.
בנוסף לכך, הבסיס של השיטה הוא הגנה עצמית. עובדה זו לא נשכחה, לכן יש דגש על טכניקות יעילות ושימושיות למצבים בעיתיים.

על המאמן:
יפתח גוברין (דאן 5) מתאמן בקרטה מגיל

5 - יותר משלושים שנים.
בשמונה השנים האחרונות באירגון IOGKF, שלוש שנים מתוכן באוקינאווה, יפן - מקור הקרטה, תחת הדרכתו של ראש האירגון - מוריו היגאונה סנסיי (דאן 10).
מדריך מוסמך מטעם משרד החינוך, התרבות והספורט.
בנוסף, דוקטוראנט בתחום לימודי מזרח אסיה ובעל ידע נרחב על השפה, היסטוריה והתרבות של יפן בכלל ואוקינאווה בפרט. The Dojo is part of the Israeli branch of the world wide IOGKF organization. They develop fitness, strength and good posture on the physical level, along with self-confidence, will-power, patience and tolerance on the mental level. The roots of Karate are self defense. As such, we put an emphasis on useful and efficient techniques for dealing with unwanted situations. Yiftach Raphael Govreen (black belt - 5rd dan) practices Karate since he was five years old - more than 30 years. Joined the International Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate-do Federation (IOGKF) in 2005, and trained for three years under direct instruction of Morio Higaonna sensei (10th dan) - head of the organization, in Okinawa, Japan. Certified Karate instructor by the Israeli Ministry of Sports and Education. Also, a PhD student for East Asian studies, and has a vast knowledge of the language, culture and history of Japan and Okinawa.
