HOW TO DEVELOP YOUR PUNCHING SPEED AND POWER ?

To improve your punching Speed and your punching Power, we will do Interval Drills.
This workout is divided into 3-minute rounds.

📌 1/ Moderate Power, Moderate Speed (60 seconds)
(1-2-3) Jab - Cross - Lead Hook
(1-1-2) Jab - Jab - Cross
(2-3-2) Cross - Lead Hook - Cross

📌 2/ Low Power, High Speed (30 seconds)
Just straight punches (1-2) as fast as you can !

📌 3/ Moderate Power, Moderate Speed (60 seconds)
in the order you want
(1-2-3) Jab - Cross - Lead Hook
(1-1-2) Jab - Jab - Cross
(2-3-2) Cross - Lead Hook - Cross

📌 4/ High Power, Low Speed (30 seconds)
Throw every punch with Maximal Power. I recommend throwing Hooks and Uppercuts.
