Decoding motion seminar – iftach vardi

A new path way for your motion development. Learn and discover new ways to improve and expand your motions physical and mental abilities and skills. Decoding traditional exercises and practices from different disciplines from the worlds of dance, acrobatics, martial arts, competition sports and more. Modifying and tailoring movement techniques enabling you

to advance and grow in your own movement physical and mental abilities. You will recognize and pin point your own strengths and weaknesses and learn precise techniques how to accelerate your progress, attack your weak points and sharpen your strengths. We will train either alone, with a partner and in a group and explore in depth the following elements:

- Different methods for conditioning learning how to develop power and strength

- Explore and practice movement elasticity, flexibility and agility

- exercises for boosting coordination

- We will learn to use outside elements to develop and explore our own coordination and movement development

- Introduction to floor work technics and soft acrobatics

- We will investigate the chronicle of injuries, what we can do to avoid them and learn ways to overcome them

- Experiments in endurance work and somatic movement

- Study and practice of still work and breathing

There is no need for a previous experience or background required in terms of your physical level only passion and desire for exploring movement, open mind, motivation and willingness train and learn in order to achieve substantial breakthroughs in both your motions physical and mental aspects. About Iftach:
Iftach is a movement practitioner, researcher and teacher that has a vast background in the field of martial arts. He grew up training traditional martial arts from childhood and since of 14 years old he is practicing muay thai boxing and krav maga an Israeli self defense martial art. With years going by he found himself drown into other disciplines exploring and experimenting with the different possibilities and freedom they offer. In his movement research iftach combines various disciplines of movement, especially disciplines from the world of martial arts, dance, acrobatics and competitive sports. He presents different methods, techniques and approaches to first learn and recognize our own motion patterns and then expand and accelerate our own movement intelegence both physically and mentally.
