I used to be the girl who would avoid taking pictures, or even when I did I would only notice how many extra chins I’d have or say “have you SEEN THE SIZE OF MY ARM in that photo absolutely not delete it now” …
Rather than seeing how happy I looked or having it for a lovey memory to look back on 😔

It makes me sad I used to be like this and I’m happy to say I am coming out of it now and I’m trying to make a conscious effort to actually TAKE MORE PHOTOS!!

If you resonate I want to help you to gain your confidence back and actually start living life! ✨

DM me “READY” and we can chat about my coaching services ♥️

⬆️ All your faces when you read this and feel personally attacked 😬 (sorry in advance)

We’ve all been there… diet starts Monday! All systems go, meals prepped, workouts planned and motivation is MOTIVATING!!

Tuesday and Wednesday are a breezeee… rinse and repeat easy peasy… 💁🏻‍♀️

Until Thursday comes along and work has been full-on this week, stress is kicking in and when the girls suggest “just a couple” for Friday Eve - how can you say no? It’s only a couple, anyway you’ll catch up on todays workout, tomorrow!

Friday morning now and you’re feeling a little delicate, those overnight oats you prepped aren’t hitting the spot sooo *bacon sandwich incoming* everyone deserves a Friday treat!

Saturday morning you’re back in the game, long walk, coffee (skimmed milk, obvs) getting those steps in before a few drinks out tonight! Because EVERYONE goes out on the weekend and what, like I’m gonna sit in and be boring?

Except.. a few drinks turn into too many drinks and before you know it it’s Sunday morning and you’re waking up with a stinking hangover and sharing a bed with last nights curry cheese chips 🫠

There’s only one thing that’ll fix this state of Sunday sorrows - yep. A takeaway. It doesn’t matter anyway because like we said, diet starts Monday!

Here we are again, back to square one.
Sound familiar? DM me and we can have a chat about how I can help you break out of this weekly cycle and into a more balanced lifestyle!!

These are the types of meals I eat regularly to stay on track! High protein, balanced and easy to make.
Mostly dinners, because I love cooking and tweaking recipes to fit to my goals! (Usually lower cals and higher in protein!)
Lunches for me are very samey, especially now with work because I don’t have the option to reheat things anymore 😞 lazy me used to love this 🤣 so I mostly take my overnight oats, wraps and protein yoghurts to work now.

No crazy restrictions with your diet makes it so much easier to stay consistent!! 💪🏼

Save for inspo! Would you be happy to eat this type of food AND lose weight?

“Your weight doesn’t define your worth. 💕”

This quote resonates with me so much.

📸 Pic 1: 7 years ago, I was overweight and uncomfortable in my body. I thought losing weight would solve everything.

📸 Pic 2: 3 years ago, I was underweight and OBSESSIVELY chasing a smaller version of myself, (the wrong way), convinced that being smaller and smaller would finally make me feel confident.

📸 Pic 3: Today I’m at a healthy weight, physically stronger, and have a more balanced lifestyle —but of course I still have days when my insecurities creep in.

Last year was actually one of the hardest years of my life when it came to self-doubt and insecurities. Even though I am now at my healthiest weight, I had to work hard on what was going on in my head, not just in the gym or in the kitchen. Because confidence isn’t just about weight—it’s about how you feel about YOU.

I know what it feels like to struggle. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women create their own version of health—mentally and physically. It’s not about being ‘perfect’ .. it’s about feeling GOOD in your skin, no matter where you are on your journey.

If you’re struggling with your confidence or unsure how to start prioritising yourself, I’m here to help. 💕 Let’s make your journey about building strength, self-love, and confidence—inside and out.

My DMs are always open ♥️

How to navigate Christmas without the guilt or feeling overwhelmed!

The festive season can feel like a whirlwind, but it doesn’t have to throw you completely off track. Here are 4 simple tips to help you enjoy yourself and stay in control:

No “all or nothing” mindset
Christmas isn’t about being perfect or writing off the whole month! One indulgent day won’t ruin your progress, just like one “good” day won’t magically change things. Focus on balance, not the extremes!

Control what you can
Got a few days with no big plans? Nail your nutrition, get your steps in, and stick to your routine as much as possible. The small wins on those days will help you feel in control overall.

Eat before you go out
Heading to your Christmas night out? Have a high-protein meal beforehand. It'll help curb cravings and make you less likely to overindulge or hit the takeaway on the way home!

Be kind to yourself
This time of year is meant to be enjoyed and spending time with loved ones, so don’t beat yourself up over a few extra treats or a missed workout. Focus on what you can do, not what you didn’t do.

Remember, it’s about progress, not perfection. You’ve got this!

Week 7 in my deficit 💪

Average weight this week: 67.1kg
Starting weight (9th Sept): 68.3kg 📉

This week I was delighted to see the scales creep under 67 and show 66 for the first time! My new goal is for my average to stay in the 66s next week. Progress may be gradual, but it's definitely happening! 🙌🏻

This week was all about consistency—I stayed on track with my food, hit my steps, and nailed my workouts (even though I didn’t get a run in). Since starting this deficit 7 weeks ago, my average weight has been trending down steadily.

Is it slower than I would have liked? Maybe, but I'm embracing it. No extreme measures, no starving myself, no feelings of “being on a diet”—I am on a balanced, enjoyable journey that doesn’t make me feel like I’m missing out on life. This is exactly the kind of approach I want to encourage for all of you.💫

If you look at my weight graph (pic 3), you can see those ups and downs—fluctuations that can feel disheartening in the moment. But looking at the bigger picture, the overall trend is clearly downwards. It’s a reminder that the weight loss isn’t always going to be linear, it’s about consistency and trusting the process.

Physically, I’m seeing so many changes other than the numbers. My waist has visibly slimmed down, my stomach feels flatter, and my glutes are becoming rounder and more defined.

This deficit for me has been about rebuilding confidence, bringing up my self esteem and becoming fitter and happier during the process. If you're going through the same thing, please remember—your progress might have ups and downs too, but you’ve got this, keep going!! The results will come! 🥰

If you’re ready to make your fitness journey work around your life too without feeling deprived, send me a DM or click the link in my bio. We can do it together, keeping it sustainable and realistic every step of the way, and finishing the year STRONG. 💃

Week 4 deficit:

Average weight 67.3kg

Starting weight 68.3kg

This week consisted of
3x workouts
2x runs
1x night out with friends

Solid week if you ask me 🤣

Progress might be slower, but I’m happy with it because I want to preserve as much muscle as possible while in this deficit. It’s important to enjoy life along the way, whether that means squeezing in your runs or having a night out.

OLD ME VS NEW ME 🥀✨

Old me:

Insecure, always doubting myself
Hiding in baggy clothes, afraid to be seen
Self-conscious about every part of me
Comfort ate my feelings and felt major guilt after
Avoided mirrors because I hated what I saw
Struggled daily, felt lost and unhappy
New me:

Confident, finally recognising my self-worth
Wearing clothes that make me feel amazing
Building a healthy relationship with food—no more guilt
Taking care of my body because it deserves love
Fell in love with exercising, and it shows
Creating healthy habits for life
Honestly, losing 3 stone has changed more than just my body—it’s transformed my mindset and how I see myself. To anyone struggling, trust the process. You are worth the effort! 💪💖

If you feel ready to go on a transformation like mine, click the link in my bio and we can chat about how I can help you become the best version of yourself!
