Tomorrow's Forcast is saying lots of rain if its light n warm we still go out 9 30am coral leisure centre if its torrential we will do some indoor stuff new ladies always welcome just turn up come on in and meet the crew its still summer temperatures for sure

What a gorgeous week we have had and a few newcomers to add to the mix our next session is Saturday morning 9 30am beginners very welcome also Tuesday morning 9 30am a good day to get started

Off we trot into a new week this morning is our circuit class 10am coral leisure centre Tuesday morning we meet to walk/or jog 9 30am
Wednesday morning 10am circuit class
Saturday morning 9 30am is our group walk/run new ladies most welco me and no pressure on pace or distance you do only what you are able for
Best day for beginners is Tuesday morning and if enough intrest Tuesday evening coral leisure centre
If enough intrest we will add a Tuesday evening this session will be from tesco car park 6pm

Summer slowly closing down Autumn in the air if any ladies out there thinking of getting into a walking or some easy jogging this is our meet up times
Tuesday morning 9 30am from coral leisure centre
Tuesday evening 6pm from tesco
Saturday mornings 9 30am coral leisure center we meet in reception and usually have coffee n chats after these sessions are free good fun good company good for your mental and physical health

Our walking/running group going strong we meet on Saturday mornings 8:30am for longer session 9 30am for shorter walk our base is the Deck CoffeeHouse coral leisure centre new people always welcome your choice of distance from 3k 5k 10k and behond we usually have a coffee n chat afterwards photos are the 8:30am crew this morning

Our group will keep doing our sessions throughout the summer we meet on Tuesday morning 9 30am from coral leisure centre new ladies always welcome
We also meet on Saturday mornings our girls who have progressed to some running meet at 9am and our strictly walking group meet 9 30am other times by arrangement
Our circuit class will continue until mid August before a 2 week break
Now to some news from the clontarf half marathon this morning Sinead who is not long with us was taking on her first half she had a super event and met a lovely girl on route who was struggling Sinead stayed with Naomi kept her going and they came trough the finish together some photos of events lately

Another good week with our group 2 circuit classes and 2 run/walking sessions done we cover every distance from 3k up to half marathon
This morning our long distance gals got a strong 16k done in the brilliant sunshine this group do a mixture of run/walk our walking only group also out i was on support duty on my bike
Next week is Monday morning circuit class 10am
Tuesday morning 9 30am walk only
