Another good week with our group 2 circuit classes and 2 run/walking sessions done we cover every distance from 3k up to half marathon
This morning our long distance gals got a strong 16k done in the brilliant sunshine this group do a mixture of run/walk our walking only group also out i was on support duty on my bike
Next week is Monday morning circuit class 10am
Tuesday morning 9 30am walk only
