Kilcoole AC Kilcoole AC has trained some of Wicklow's finest athletes since 1970. Membership is currently open to both seniors and juveniles. We are Kilcoole AC.

Kilcoole A.C. was founded in 1970 and has been facilitating the training and sporting needs of some of Wicklow's finest athletes. Membership is open to all ages, sizes and fitness levels. All levels are welcome, from first timers to experienced athletes,from slow coaches to speedy Gonzales!! Juveniles & Juniors: Introduce your kids to athletics in

a fun and friendly atmosphere at Charlesland running track. For further info please check the website at http://www.kilcooleac.com

* Juveniles - Under 9 and over: Monday 7:15pm-8:30pm, Thursday 6:45pm-7:30pm,

* Juniors - Ages 3 up to 18: Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm, Saturday 11:30am-12:30pm for specific Pods

Senior Training (Over 18 years): Train in a fun atmosphere, with a competitive edge!! All levels are welcome, from first timers to experienced athletes, from slow coaches to speedy Gonzales!!

* Monday: Meet at Charlesland Running Track Car Park -7:00 pm sharp start.

* Wednesdays: Meet at Charlesland Running Track Car Park -7:00 pm sharp start. We train at the Charlesland Track, Greystones (behind Go Gym) [map and directions on the training page of our website: www.kilcooleac.com], come down and join us.

All of Kilcoole Athletic Club would like to wish the very best of luck 🍀 to former club legend and current Bray Lakers superstar Zoe O’Hanlon who is competing at the special Olympics athletics event in Morton Stadium 🏟️ 👏🏼🙌🏼

We know she will smash it 💪

Well done Zoe, the O’Hanlons and Bray Lakers Lakers Sports & Social on the achievements to date and hopefully Zoe will come down to us soon to tell all her former pod friends all about it 💖

Yesterday evening our trailsters were up in Ballinastoe for this week’s Leinster League race 💪

It looked like a toughie 11k with 504m climbing 💪

We are delighted to announce that our very own Master Sprinter Lucianne Hughes was crowned Sportsperson of the Year at the Greystones Municipal Council People of the Year Awards yesterday evening ✨💫🥳🎉
Lucianne is a very deserving recipient of this award not only for all her wonderful achievements in the world of Masters Sprinting but for everything she represents and everything she does to give back to the club 🙏🏼
Lucianne is such an inspiration to us all so we were very proud to nominate her and even prouder that she won 🥳💪💚🪿

Another great day for the Juveniles at the Leinster Track and Field Championships in Tullamore where they not only competed but supported each other and the fun and camaraderie was in full swing ✨

Hugo U14 PB in High Jump 1.25m 💪👏🙌🎉

Otto U14 Gold 🥇 in High Jump PB of 1.64m 🎉 Massive congrats to Hugo and Otto and proud Mammy and Coach Mary Fahy Bowles 🙌👏💪🎉 Mary Fahy Bowles

Zoe Boydell U15 girls 800m bronze 🥉 🎉 Massive congrats to Zoe and Coach John O'Toole 🙌👏💪🎉

Huge congratulations to our Junior athlete and long time member Naomi Wall who finished 1st Junior 🥇 and 3rd female overall 🥉 in the Athletics Wicklow 5km road race championships on Wednesday night 👏

Naomi clocked a personal best time of 18.01 🔥

Proud parents Sinead and Shane were in attendance to support and cheer her on 🔊 🤗

Naomi was also an important 2nd scorer for our Senior Women's team who secured 2nd place 🥈👏🙌💪

We are all very proud of you Naomi 🥳🎉
