🚨 TAILTEANN FINAL MEET & GREET ANNOUNCEMENT! 🚨

Following our historic, unforgettable victory at Croke Park, the countdown to the Tailteann Cup Final is officially ON! To celebrate, we are opening the gates of the county grounds to give our incredible fans the chance to meet their heroes in person. 🔵🟡

Bring the kids, bring the family, and let's pack out the venue for a morning filled with fun, community spirit, and massive Tailteann buzz!

⏱️ THE MORNING TIMELINE & ACTIVITIES
We have an action-packed morning lined up with plenty of activities for the kids, including fun skills drills on the pitch, a chance to get jerseys and posters autographed, and photo opportunities with Oisín McConville and the entire Senior panel!

Sensory-Friendly & Accessible Session
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
A quieter, lower-stimulation half-hour window. This relaxed session ensures a comfortable, supportive environment for children with additional accessibility or sensory needs to meet the team before the main crowds arrive.

Short Intermission & Setup
11:30 AM – 11:45 AM
A brief 15-minute transition window for the team and organisers.

General Community Meet & Greet
11:45 AM – 1:00 PM
Gates wide open to the general public! Come meet the players, take photos, get your autographs, and join the skills activities.

Evening all,

Just to make everyone aware, over the weekend we had to replace 6 of the mower’s 15 cutting blades, as they were either completely snapped off or excessively worn. In the year we’ve had the mower, we’ve never had to replace this many blades at one time.

The pitches also only received one full night’s cut last week due to repeated alarms and obstructions. Bottles, clothing, flags and other items, along with goals being left on the cutting area, are causing the cutting heads to jam, blades to break, and the mower to shut down to protect its motors.

As long as this continues, the mower cannot cut the pitches properly, which will affect pitch quality for everyone.

Please reinforce this message with your clubs and ensure that all players, coaches and parents understand the importance of removing all items from the pitches and keeping the cutting areas clear after use.
