Wicklow Triathlon Club has over 200 members. We welcome members of all abilities to join us.

Training:
Monday - Swimming, Wicklow Town 8pm & the 'Anti Turbo' bike session, Kilmac 7:30pm (unoficial)
Tuesday - Swimming, Greystones 7am & Mountain Bike (unofficial), Ashford 7:30pm & Running, Greystones track 7:15pm
Wednesday -
Thursday - Swimming, Shoreline Greystone 7pm
Friday -
Saturday - Cycling - 10am Ashford
Sunday - Swimming - 5pm Dalkey & Running (unofficial) Djouce at 10am

More running, cycling and core sessions will be added over the coming months.

🏊‍♀️ A huge well done to Gillian McConnell, Janine Tritschler, Kathleen Macadam, Esther Luttig and Albie Luttig who swam 1.5km in Glendalough today, while Laura Cannon swam superbly in her 750m swim today! 👏

Congratulations to our Wicklow representatives on an impressive performance in the historic waters of Glendalough 💪

A special congratulations to Gillian McConnell on her impressive speed today, and well done to our other swimmers for taking on the challenge of this beautiful lake once again. 👏

A special mention to Esther Luttig and Albie Luttig, who completed their first 1.5km swim in this beautiful and historic lake. What an achievement and what a way to make your debut! 🎉👏

Well done to all - a fantastic effort and a brilliant representation of Wicklow Tri. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️👏

🔥 A RAPID DAY IN POZNAŃ! 🔥

Huge congratulations to Brian O’Riordan on a sensational 4:50:36 at IRONMAN 70.3 Poznań! 💙💛

The race began with a 1.9km swim in historic Lake Kierskie, followed by a fast, flat 90km bike course into Poznań and a 21.1km run through the city.

Known as a quick course, Poznań attracts a seriously strong and competitive field — and breaking 4 hours 51 minutes over 70.3 miles is absolutely flying! 🚀 Brian also finished an excellent 14th in his age group.

What a performance on the international stage. Congratulations, Brian! 👏🇮🇪

🏁 NATIONAL SERIES COMPLETE! 🏁

A huge congratulations to Carrie, Fiona and Conor, who completed their 2026 Triathlon Ireland National Series campaigns at Dublin City Triathlon! 💙💛

The National Series rewards consistency across the season, requiring athletes to complete four qualifying races - and all three can now proudly say: job done! 🙌

A fantastic achievement after months of training, racing and travelling. Well done, Carrie, Fiona and Conor - time to enjoy that finish-line feeling! 👏👏👏

What a morning for the Wicklow Tri ladies! 💙💛

As part of Women in Sport Outdoor Week, our women came together in Newcastle for a relaxed 5km social run, followed by a very welcome sauna, jacuzzi and cold dips at Shamrock Saunas, finished off with home baked treats and coffees 💛 💙

All paces, plenty of chats, lots of laughs and a gorgeous morning spent enjoying the outdoors together - the social side of sport at its very best!

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us and helped organise the morning, and to Triathlon Ireland for supporting this fantastic event. Here’s to many more Wicklow Tri ladies’ days! 🙌
