I have 15 years experience, my first taste of Tai chi was gifted to me by my neighbor and mentor in life.
I learned Yang Style 103 form.
I furthered my studies in the Shaolin Kung Fu military Academy in China and just this year returned from an immersion with master Mantak Chia in Thailand.
Tai Chi is a life time pursuit, you never stop learning, growing and changing. This is the way of the Tao.
