A huge congratulations to our members who headed to Clonshire last weekend to compete at the Irish Pony Club National Minimus Championships 2026! 🤩

Our Killinick Boys Team consisting of Billy Scallan, Frankie Rath, Scott Doran, & Hugo Doran WON the boys team competition, bringing the cup home to Killinick for the 5th time in 6 years!🥇🏆 Overall, the team had a top 10 finish!

Faye Doran’s mixed team placed a fantastic 14th! 🙌🏻

Scott Doran’s International Team finished 2nd, while Scott also placed 8th in the International Competition & 10th in the National Competition! 🥈👏🏻

It didn’t finish there, with Killinick bringing home a 1, 2 in the U10 competition - Hugo took the win, with Frankie close behind in 2nd! 🥇🥈 Frankie also placed 1st in the cross country phase, having finished on max points over a BIG and technical track! 🥇

Faye also went on to win the fledgling U9 competition! 🥇⭐

We are beyond proud of you all! The future certainly looks bright! 💚💛

Our members have been busy attending Irish Pony Club Connolly's RED MILLS Eventing Qualifiers over the last couple of weeks, with super results coming in and many ribbons heading home! 🙌🏻

Wexford Pony Club held their Qualifier in the glorious sunshine in The Kennels - a fantastically run event! ☀️

The Intermediate section saw Grace Day & Ask Jim take home 3rd! 🥉

Niamh Ryan took home 3rd in Intro Intermediate A, with Lily-Mai Berry close behind in 4th, and Rebecca Colfer finishing 5th! 🥉

Freya Barry & The Causey Girl added another win under their belt in the Junior A section, with Liam Robinson & Hollyberry Radills close behind to finish 4th! 🥇 Junior C saw Ruby Cousins & Sally Grey Gallough place 3rd! 🥇🥉

The Intro Junior class saw Ben Murphy finish 3rd, and Aoife Robinson place 4th! 🥉

U12A saw Pippa Barry place 3rd and Frankie Rath finish close behind in 4th, with Orlaith McDermott & Trikolor taking the win in U12B, and Rosie Scallan placing 5th! 🥇🥉

More of our members headed to Kilquilkey to Duhallow Hunt Pony Club’s Qualifier.

Ruby Reville & KEC Chloe’s Fantasy placed 5th in the Intermediate A section, while Sarah O’Reilly & Ballyboy Le Tang finished a fantastic 3rd in Intermediate B! 🥉👏🏻

The U12 section saw Eleana O’Grady & Cullane Biscuit place 2nd! 🥈

Next, we head to Lisgarvan this weekend for the Carlow Hunt Pony Club Qualifier!

Last weekend, two of our members, Caitlin & Shannon Griffith, travelled to Morton Morrell, UK, to represent Irish Pony Club at the Junior International Tetrathlon.

A fantastic weekend was had with Ireland taking first in the boys, girls and International team events.

All the hard work paid off with Caitlin and her team placing 2nd overall, while Shannon and her team placed 9th! 🥈🥳 Caitlin also took home individual 7th!

A phenomenal achievement! 🤩 We are incredibly proud! 💚💛

This weekend saw the Irish Pony Club Eventing season kick off with Waterford Hunt Pony Club hosting the first qualifier in Ballinamona! A fantastic day for 27 of our members who represented the club! 🤩

The intermediate section saw Kate Jordan & Serene Ace make their debut at Intermediate level, leading from start to finish with an impressive dressage score of 19.25! 🥇 Jessie Bates & Guns for Hire finished a super 3rd! 🥉 Grace Day & Ask Jim finished just outside the ribbons for 7th! A fantastic day at the office for three fabulous thoroughbreds (Treo Eile) 👏🏻

Amy Griffith & Rebels Mist produced some lovely work to finish 2nd in the Intro Intermediate section!🥈 Niamh Ryan & Rua were just outside the ribbons for 7th!

In Junior A, Freya Barry and The Causey Girl made their IPC eventing debut, leading from start to finish on a beautiful dressage score of 23.75! 🥇 Caitlin Griffith & Drinagh’s Golden Lad finished an impressive 2nd in Junior B, with Liam Robinson & Ruby Cousins finishing just outside the ribbons for 7th & 8th!🥈

A number of our members took on the new Intro Junior class, with Ben Murphy & Knocknacullen Bruno finishing 3rd in Arena A, and Aoife Robinson & Cotts Polly taking home 3rd in Arena B! 🥉🥉

A huge well done to all members on the day, and thank you to all the organisers and volunteers for a fabulous event! 🤩👏🏻

Next week we head to the second qualifier hosted by Wexford Pony Club in The Kennels! 🙌🏻

A fantastic day was had at the Area 4 Showjumping Qualifier hosted by Warrington Pony Club in Warrington Equestrian Centre yesterday! ✨

The Alice Mernagh competition saw Billy Scallan, Scott Doran, Rosie Scallan, & Eleana O’Grady place 2nd, with Maisy Mooney, Kate Gallagher, Lily Wall, & Orlaith McDermott finish close behind in 3rd!🥈🥉

Next up was the Robbie Bailey competition with Lucy O’Brien, Lucy Day, & Shannon Griffith taking the win!🥇Our team consisting of Harriet Bolger, Annie Stafford, Ruth Stafford, & Hannah Kavanagh finished 5th! 🥳

Aoife Griffith, Caitlin Griffith, Ruby Reville, & Max Doran, produced fantastic rounds to take the top spot in the John Ledingham competition!🥇The Colfer Trio along with Mai Donovan (Wexford Pony Club) secured 4th, with Kate Jordan, Grace Day, Jessie Bates, & Judy Sinnott close behind for 5th! 🙌🏻

In the Senior Individual, Freya Barry & The Causey Girl finished 4th! 🤩

Those that placed 1st to 4th now head to the Irish Pony Club Festival later in the season! 👏🏻
