We provide a huge range of classes for boys and girls of all ages. From parent and toddler, junior gym, recreational and competitive gymnastics, free running/parkour, trampolining, tumbling, acrobatics, special olympics and adult classes.

🌟 WE ARE SO PROUD OF LIAM! 🌟

A huge congratulations to Liam Talbot on his selection to the Irish Trampoline Team for the 32nd FIG Trampoline World Age Group Competitions in Nanjing, China 🇨🇳

Liam will proudly represent Ireland 🇮🇪 from 12th–15th November at the Nanjing Yangzi River International Conference Center.

What an incredible achievement and a fantastic opportunity for Liam! 💚

Great weekend for our two partnerships who travelled to South Tyneside Gymnastics last weekend for a fantastic training camp with the Irish Squad 🇮🇪🤸‍♀️

A brilliant opportunity to train alongside some of Great Britain’s squad members and coaches 🇬🇧, gaining valuable experience, learning from some of the best and putting in some great work throughout the weekend.

An incredible achievement and a testament to all of his hard work and dedication.

Liam will be back in action tomorrow morning, competing on the trampoline at 9:00 a.m. (Portugal time).

Looking to try something new this summer or get back into gymnastics? Our Adult Gymnastics Classes are back for a 5-week summer block!
🗓 Tuesdays
🕣 8:30pm – 10:00pm
Dates:
• Week 1 – June 30th
• Week 2 – July 7th
• Week 3 – July 14th
• Week 4 – July 21st
• Week 5 – July 28th
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have previous gymnastics experience, everyone is welcome! Come along to improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, and have some fun in a friendly and supportive environment.
