Monday & Wednesday 7.30pm
Weight training and body tone instruction and supervision. One hours session suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners will learn the fundamentals and proper technique of weight training and body tone exercise in a friendly atmosphere. More advanced will enjoy participation in a well structured weight training session.
