- I'm a REPS qualified fitness professional.

I aim to help you reach your goals through support and education, while making your journey enjoyable and sustainable. I hold EQF Level 3 Fitness Instructor; EQF Level 3 Group Fitness Instructor; EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer; EQF Level 5 Exercise for Health Specialist qualifications.
- Graduated with first class honors from (BA)Exercise and Health Studies (level 8).
- GymEDGE - Level 1 CDPI qualification.

Our tutor will talk through the different machines, what they do, and how to use them with an opportunity to ask questions.

Happy New Year! If you want to make a change for the better and start off 2022 in the right direction for you, I can help.

I know that New Years resolutions are often easy to make but can be difficult to maintain without the right motivation and support. If you have struggled to keep them going in the past, I want to make them more than just resolutions for you, and turn them into your new and improved lifestyle.

You won't have to sacrifice the things you enjoy to make healthier living possible. You also won't need to go on strict diet plans or highly intense training regimens. My job is to make your goals more accessible to you in a way that suits you personally.

For January 2022, I am offering a free first session for everyone who is interested in getting started, so you can see for yourself exactly how having a PT can help without any drawbacks.

I am happy to say I am taking on new clients for the Winter and New Year Season. Now is a great time to get a head start on your New Year's health and fitness goals.
