FOUR TIPS 👇

1️⃣GRIT: 7 out of 10 people who join gym programs dont make it past the first 6 weeks. Simply knowing that fact can help you decide which side of the line you will be on.

Caveat : Have an honest conversation with yourself, your family, your gym PRIOR to joining so you can be certain now is a good time AND that the commitment level is in your wheelhouse.

2️⃣COACH CHECK-INS: The one you don't want to do is the going to be the most valuable one you ever do.

3️⃣ROLES: Your role is to be the driver, our role is to be Google Maps. We match you, we meet you where you're at. We're here to tell you where the speed vans are & where to make a U-turn...but we cant drive the car.

4️⃣WHY: If you cant verbalise or write down why you're here...a reason beyond "my wife told me to" or "just need to get a bit fit" or "summer is coming", chances are you wont stick with it. Especially if your motive to change comes from a v.negative place.
