Mental fitness through physical fitness.

I’m genuinely concerned about the mental health of people in our community right now.

It’s an anxious and worrying time for us all for various reasons.

We are already helping all of our current clients by providing at home workouts both live and pre-recorded in our members group.

That along with motivational and healthy nutrition strategies can have a huge impact on increasing their levels of happiness and decreasing stress.

We want to give you the opportunity to jump into our members area FREE of charge during this time so you to can benefit.

We are all a little on edge and I’m sure close to breaking point so much more than we are used to.

✅ All equipment is been cleaned with suitable hygiene products multiple times daily.

✅ As are door handles, toilets and all surfaces.

✅ We have antibacterial soap and disposable blue towel in restrooms.

✅ We have hand sanitiser on entry to studio rooms.

✅ We are taking all measures possible to maximise good hygiene practice as should you.

✅ We are also asking anyone who has travelled outside of the country to not come to the studio for 2 weeks upon your return.

Tough times ahead no doubt but ‘this too shall pass’

There is currently no reason to stop working out and god knows it’s the best way to just take your mind off it all for an hour.
