Hi Everyone, with the return of Sea2Summit this year on November 12th, I am considering running a training group for first-timers and repeaters who want to either improve their time or are just returning to training. Start date would be August 20th, meeting early Saturday morning. The training will be for 12-weeks and a training plan will be provided. The cost for the 12 weeks is €150. What is MovNat? - MovNat is a school of physical competence for the real-world. Our goal is to equip people with the movement skills, physiological preparedness (strength & conditioning), and mindset necessary for practical, adaptable performance – both fundamental and high level.
How? - Our emphasis is on practicing real-world movements and gaining efficiency in these, leading to higher levels of everyday capability, function and strength.
