Hello to all. I am unable to read messages sent to my page right now. So I am very sorry for not replying. Waterville taekwon do club is closed for the foreseeable future due to health issues.
Should you wish to pursue this sport, master Ríordan is currently teaching classes in the caherciveen Community Centre every Tuesday evening. I hope you find this useful and wish you all the best.

Hello everybody. Hope you are all keeping well and safe in this crazy world we are living in at the moment. It is uncertain as yet when we can return to class so I came up with this game you can play and keep fit at home. You can play as many times in the day as you want and it changes everyday. So
Write down as many of the things we do to warm up in class. Cut them out into individual posts and put them in a hat or a bag.
Choose 5 at random from the bag.
Set an alarm for 5, 6,7,8,9 or 10minutes, your choice
Then in your preferred time perform all 5 tasks until your time runs out. If you choose 5 minutes.for example do each task in groups of 5.eg.
5 jumping Jack's. 5 squats. 5 laps (this could be just running to the fridge and back) enjoy. Let me know how you get on.

Reminder. We have adults classes every Wednesday evening at the Dromid Community Centre . 7.30pm until 8.30pm. All are welcome to join us and the first class is free so why not give it a go.

Dear Parents and Students,
Thank you for all your recent supportive texts. As some of you know I have been teaching in Waterville for the last 12 years and I am saddened at the thought of leaving but I am afraid the 33% increase in costs have priced me out of the building.
The new Hall, Dromid, Cillin Liath,is approx. 4 miles from Waterville, they have good facilities and a lovely floor. I hope you will all accompany me on this new chapter.
Classes will begin on Thursday 12th September at an earlier time of 5pm to 6pm and 6pm until 7.30pm.
Looking forward to seeing you all there.
