Did you know that walking 10,000 steps typically burns around 300 to 500 calories, depending on factors like weight, pace, and terrain. A pound of weight consists of 3500 calories so walking 7 days a walk could possibly see you burn off a pound..
But, apart from that, ain't it good to just get outside.These past 2 days the sunny south east has had nothing but rain.🌧. Yet I have enjoyed the walk tremendously. The world feels different when it rains and I had the pleasure of catching up with girl pals 😍. One walk through the mighty Mount Congreve the other along The Ann Valley. Like drowned rats 🫣we conquered the rain with laughter & chats.😅
