An evening dedicated to movement, confidence, self-expression and community. Expect great music, feel-good energy and plenty of opportunities to let go, embrace your body and enjoy learning something new.

We are SO excited to welcome the incredibly talented Megan Delaney to teach a special Jazz Pop-Up Class! 🌟

With over 10 years of dance experience and teaching experience both nationally and internationally, including across the U.S., Megan has so much passion and talent to share with our dancers! ✨

But this one is extra special for us, Tonya & Louise, because we danced alongside Megan for years! 🥹💗 To now come together again, many years later as adults, through our shared love of dance is such a special full-circle moment. Dance has a beautiful way of bringing people back together, and we can’t wait to share this experience with our dancers! 🫶🏼

Connect Studio has grown to be a loving community for people of all ages and life stages 🥹

A wish of mine when opening Connect is that people would find solace here. I'm so happy to say that not only have many returned home to themselves - but they've done so with a lot more love and support around them now too.

And to me, that is everything.

We promise to create a place where you can dance, have fun and feel like you belong.

✨ Connect Healing Circle ✨

This month we return to take you on a journey of deep relaxation and soulful restoration.

In a world that asks so much of us, we believe there is deep medicine in simply being held.

We bring this monthly healing circle to Connect Studio to gently support harmony within the mind, body & spirit. A space to return to yourself, to rest your nervous system and help alleviate stress from your life.

Together, we weave Shamanic healing practices, Reiki and breathwork. This has been created as a safe and sacred space. No talking. No sharing required. Just come in, lie down and receive.

We know life can be challenging and we never want circumstance to be the reason someone doesn’t receive support. This is why this circle is donation based (€5+). An offering from the heart, with the intention of making healing accessible to all who feel called.
