🔥 We are launching our new programme- Fitness 4 Business next week 🔥

We’re running free trial fitness sessions through our Fitness 4 Business programme, starting next week. The sessions are 30–40 minutes, strength-based, and fully adaptable to all fitness levels — no experience or kit required.

We are going to be trialling two sessions on Wednesday and Fridays for the next 3 weeks.

• Wednesday – Session 1: 12.20–1PM | Session 2: 1–1.40PM
• Friday – Session 1: 12.20–1PM | Session 2: 1–1.40PM

It’s completely free to trial with zero commitment — we just want to give your team the chance to experience it firsthand.

Ever driven into the gym car park, sat there for 10 minutes, and seriously considered driving home again? 🚗💨

You’re not alone.

Joining a gym can feel a bit like being the new kid at school. You convince yourself that everyone knows what they’re doing, everyone is super fit, and everyone is watching you.

Reality,Most people are too busy trying to remember what round they are on or wondering what’s for dinner. 😂

At RTB, we know walking through the door is often the hardest workout you’ll do all week. That’s exactly why we have our Foundation Group.

It’s designed for people who are nervous, haven’t exercised in years, or simply don’t know where to start. No pressure, no expectations, and definitely no need to “get fit before joining a gym” (which is a bit like saying you need to get clean before taking a shower 🤷‍♂️).

Our coaches will guide you through everything, you’ll meet people in the exact same boat, and before long you’ll realise gyms aren’t nearly as scary as your imagination made them out to be.
