At RTB, we know walking through the door is often the hardest workout you’ll do all week. That’s exactly why we have our Foundation Group.
It’s designed for people who are nervous, haven’t exercised in years, or simply don’t know where to start. No pressure, no expectations, and definitely no need to “get fit before joining a gym” (which is a bit like saying you need to get clean before taking a shower 🤷♂️).
Our coaches will guide you through everything, you’ll meet people in the exact same boat, and before long you’ll realise gyms aren’t nearly as scary as your imagination made them out to be.
