Our 3 week programme Movin' It March is starting Monday . If you are interested in joining this programme please pm or call 051-302484 with the time that suits you. The programme runs every half hour starting at 7.30am all day to 9.00pm Monday to Friday.

You will have a trainer with you at all times to guide you through your programme.
