Spirit Leisure Centre, Waterford Fully Equipped Gym & Studio PLUS a 20 metre Pool with Sauna, Steam Room and whirlpool bath.
3, 6 & 12 Mont Spirit Leisure Centre opened in November 2008.

Offering a luxurious 20m flat-bottom pool, the only in the region with a stepped entrance, perfect for swimming lengths or just relaxing. Our thermal area boasts a whirlpool bath, Sauna, Steam Room along with a drench bucket and cold shower for that refreshing burst! The upstairs gym provides a large cardio training space including treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, rowers and a stepper. The weigh

ts area includes a free weights section along with a machine weight circuit. The exercise studio hosts our range of exercise classes (full timetable on www.spiritleisurecentre.ie) and when free is an alternative workout space. Gym Programs and workout advice is provided by our staff of trainers as part of your membership so make the most of it!! Well Spirit have a Flexi Membership that allows you to do just that. Simply buy a book of 20 passes (valid for ONE YEAR) to use at your convenience. Each pass works out at €6 per visit which is far cheaper than a guest fee in any of the centres in the city. You can also bring a friend!

We are the only city centre facility with a whirlpool bath and Steam Room!

A charge is applicable for the following participants for studio classes
€5 for Pool members
€8 for non-members

AQUA

20mins complimentary use of the whirlpool bath, Sauna & Steam room for non-members after Aqua!😀

Note: Booking is essential as class numbers are capped. Please book 24 hours prior to secure your spot, call: 051840744. Bookings will not be taken early than stated.

A health questionnaire needs to be completed, so arrive early!
