Unfortunately our cup run comes to an end this weekend after coming up against a strong Carrick side who despite going down to 10 men stayed solid and go through to the cup semi final.

⚽️Weekly round up⚽️

A busy week for the lads with two tough away games in 5 days!

🐬Piltown 0-7 Kilbarry🐬
First up we travelled to face Piltown in our final league game before the break. The lads stayed in control of the game throughout the 90 mins and the game finished 7-0 to the Dolphins

🏆Crusaders 1-2 Kilbarry🏆
We ended the week with a tough away fixture against a strong Crusaders side in the first round of the cup. The lads battled strong and got their rewards when goals from Danny Mihalache & Chris Kong put the dolphins 2-0. The game wasn’t over then as Crusaders were awarded a penalty with less than 10 mins to go. Crusaders made no mistake from the spot to make it 2-1 with plenty of time left to play. The drama did not stop there as Crusaders were awarded another penalty which could have taken the game to penalties. A great save from Kieran Houlihan sent the Dolphins through to the next round of the cup.

🟡🔵Kilbarry 1-0 Dungarvan Celtic🟡🔵

We welcomed unbeaten Dungarvan Celtic to the RSC last weekend. A tough battle against a very good footballing side, the lads defended well when needed and a Chris O Donnell goal into the top left corner gave the dolphins a well earned 3 points!
