A huge well done to Odhrán on reaching 25 Personal Training sessions at Motiv8 Fitness 👏
Odhrán attends Personal Training twice a week alongside his Taekwondo training, using strength and conditioning to support his performance in competition.
Taekwondo requires strength, power, balance, coordination and fitness, and Odhrán has been putting in great work both on the mats and in the gym. His sessions are designed to help build these qualities, giving him a stronger foundation for his sport while helping to reduce injury risk and improve overall athletic performance.
What has impressed us most is his consistency. Turning up week after week, putting in the effort and trusting the process is what leads to long-term progress.
25 sessions completed and plenty more to come. We’re looking forward to seeing what he can achieve over the next 25 sessions and beyond 💪
