Why are our Reformer classes smaller?
Not because we can’t fit more Reformers into the studio. It is because how you are taught matters more than how many are in the room.
At Precision Pilates, we deliberately keep our classes small because Pilates is about precision, not just participation. Smaller class sizes allow us to see every movement, make corrections in the moment, and ensure each client is working safely and effectively through the exercise.
You won’t simply go through the motions. You’ll receive the attention and guidance needed to progress through the Pilates method as it was designed.
Our class progression is carefully structured, helping clients build strength, control, mobility, and confidence from one level to the next. That progression only works when quality comes before quantity.
A fantastic example this evening’s class, led by Sinead, working on Reverse Lunge with strength, control, and precision. This is what Pilates should look like: focused movement, expert coaching, and continuous progression
