Well to everyone that completed the 30 Day Challenge. In correspondence to your hard work and motivation. We are going to give you 5 free passes for your friends or family to use any part of our facility; ranging from classes, gym and swimming pool. We hope you get full use out of our facility.

Great Turn out last night for our Spin Classes. Thanks to everyone involved. Spin Class class has really become more popular over the past few weeks, so to be part of this new trend and make sure to join up this week.

We are issuing a challenge to all our members. Do you think you will be able for the 30 Day Challenge?
We are running a class for one hour, 7 days a week for the next 30 days. Simply sign up at reception and take part. There will be plus one vouchers for you to bring a friend along with you for those who complete the challenge!
Challenge starts on Monday, 7pm.
