We bt Techmahindra 3-1 tonight in an entertaining contest, missing a few regulars we scraped 11 at the last minute, kicking off with 10, we started well and were on top from the off with Paddy and Trigg creating havoc up top, we got the opener our dominance dserved when Lar swung in a cross which Shero nodded down for Trigg to coolly slot home, we missed several glorious opportunities to extend our lead in 1st half, right on h/t they equalised with a wind assisted cross that sailed in, 2nd half we continued to create great openings but just when it looked like it wasn't our night, Lar scored with a sensational strike from 20 yards with 5 mins left, at the death we got the 3rd when Jamie sent over a perfect cross which Shero acrobatically converted for a deserved goal to settle it, team was Skelly in goal, Ross Cuddihy, Johnny Mel, Wayne Kenny and Jamie Robinson defense, Lar Feeny, Jason Dalton, Walter Long and Jason Sheridan mid with Trigger and Paddy O'Keefe up top, best on night were Paddy, Trigg, Shero, Ross and man of the match Walter, well done lads

We bt Team America 2-0 in an entertaining encounter, we statred well and deservedly took the lead when Lar got free on the wing and his superb cross was turned in by Paddy, we should have doubled the lead with Trigg having a shot cleared off the line as well as us having some other good opportunities, they had a strong end to the half creating some pressure, 2nd half we dominated early and Lar swung in a quality corner which Walter powered in, after that we had a strong penalty claim turned down before they piled on the pressure with frees and corners, Skelly produced a top save to preserve the clean sheet, team was Skelly in goal, Ross Cuddihy, Johnny Mel, Brian O'Keefe and Gary Hearne in defense, Lar Feeny, Walter Long, Jason Dalton and Jamie Robinson were in mid with Paddy O'Keefe and Trigger up top, best on night were Gary, Lar, Brian, Jamie and man of the match Walter, well done lads

We lost 2-1 tonight to H&H in our opening lge game, we started really poorly and allowed them to completely dominate, they went ahead after a defensive blunder allowed a simple finish, we were lucky to go in 1-0 down at h/t, 2nd half we were a completely different team as we totally dominated, our pressure payed off when Jamie Robinson smashed in a super low shot to level, unfortunately they got a lucky goal to win it as a crossed sailed straight in, Jason hit the post and Shero went close but it wasn't to be, team was Skelly in goal, Ross Cuddihy, Johnny Mel, Brian O'Keefe and Gary Hearne in defense, Lar Feeny, Jason Dalton, Walter Long and Jamie Robinson were in midfield with Trigger and Jason Sheridan up top, best on night were Walter, Jason, Lar and man of the match Jamie, unlucky again lads

We lost 1-0 in Lge Cup final tonight in a really tight contest between 2 evenly matched teams, we started solidly and contained their dangerous attack comfortably in 1st half, there were very few chances as defenses bossed it, 2nd half was more of the same until they broke the deadlock from a set piece, last 15 mins was end to end stuff as we pushed for an equaliser while they kept trying to counter attack, we had all the pressure but couldn't find an equaliser, team was Skelly in goal, Darren Waters, Johnny Mel, Brian O'Keefe and Darren Treacy in defense, Lar Feeny, Jason Dalton, Walter Long and Darrell Cass-Kennedy in midfield with Trigger and Paddy O'Keefe up top, 2nd half sub was Abe Okereafor, best on night were Johnny, Brian, Jason, Paddy and man of the match Walter, unlucky lads

We bt The Village 1-0 tonight in a ferocious encounter, 1st half they camped in our half but some outstanding defending saw us hold firm , we went ahead when Trigger played Jason in with a superb pass which Jason finished coolly, they came back at us after that but we held firm to go in 1-0 up at h/t, 2nd half we were much more comfortable as they resorted to long shots while we were looking dangerous on the break, the game got out of hand late on as they were chasing an equaliser with some dangerous tackles flying in from them, the final whistle came just after they had a player sent off, the win puts into the final against old foes H&H, team was Skelly in goal, Ross Cuddihy, Johnny Mel, Brian O'Keefe and Gary Hearne in defense, Lar Feeny, Jason Dalton, Walter Long and Gavin Quilty in midfield with Trigger and Paddy O'Keefe up top, h/t sub was Moses Okereafor, best on night were Lar, Jason, Walter and man of the match Gary, well done everyone

We bt Team America 1-0 tonight in a hard fought lge cup game, we started well in a pretty even 1st half with Trigg and Paddy linking well up front and causing problems, we took the lead when Jamie curled in a shot from an angle which took everyone by surprise, we looked comfortable going in at h/t 1-0 up, unfortunately 2nd half was one way traffic as they dominated the entire half, causing us all sorts of problems as we sat too deep, they camped in our box with a succession of corners and frees which Skelly dealt really well with, the final whistle brought us relief as we hung on for an important win, giving us a chance of making the final, team was Skelly in goal, Ross Cuddihy, Johnny Mel, Brian O'Keefe and Lar Feeny in defense, Abe Okereafor, Jason Dalton, Walter Long and Jamie Robinson in mid with Trigger and Paddy O'Keefe up top, h/t subs were Gavin Quilty and Paul Koffi, best on night were Jamie, Jason, Paddy, Brian and man of the match Skelly, well done lads

We drew our opening league cup game 1-1 tonight against favourites H&H, we started well and created some good openings 1st half with several brilliant crosses from Jamie putting them under pressure, we couldn't get the breakthrough and went in 0-0 at h/t, 2nd half they got on top and scored with a free header from a corner, last 10 mins we dominated and Abe equalised with a wonder goal in the last min to earn us a draw, team was Skelly in goal, Gary Hearne, Walter Long, Johnny Mel and Ross Cuddihy in defense, Jamie Robinson, Jason Dalton, Paddy O'Keefe and Abe Okereafor in midfield with Trigger and Jason Sheridan up top, best on night were Gary, Shero, Trigger, Walter and man of the match Jamie, well done everyone

We lost 2-0 tonight against H&H Motors in the lge playoff, we played well and dominated the early stages but we couldn't get goal we deserved, 0-0 at h/t, we started the 2nd half poorly and allowed them get a grip on the game which they took, they went ahead with a clinical finish, we unfortunately weren't able to respond before they got a 2nd late on, team was Skelly in goal, Ross Cuddihy, Brian O'Keefe, Walter Long and Gary Hearne in defense, Jamie Robinson, Paddy O'Keefe, Jason Dalton and Abe Okereafor in midfield with Trigger and Noel Downey up top, 2nd half subs were Lar Feeny and Gavin Quilty, best on night were Walter, Jamie, Gary and man of the match Trigger, unlucky lads
