Our Ice baths at Elite Recovery are filled with kgs of ice to give the client the cold water therapy experience ❄️

Research study results have shown that cold water between 6-13*c has a great impact on recovery 📈

Each ice bath contains Epsom salts to give the extra percentage of recovery to your body 🙌🏻

Contrast Recovery ♨️🧊

At Elite Recovery we use a recovery method called hot/ cold contrast.

Below is how we use this form of recovery⬇️

1. Ice baths: 5-10 minutes of cold water immersion 🧊🥶

The benefits of doing this:
