Calibrated Plates have arrived at Xtreme Waterford

We are delighted to be able to share that we have just received a full delivery of Primal Calibrated Plates.

These plates will be a major addition and benefit to our growing powerlifting community.

THESE PLATES WERE PURCHASED FOR USE IN THE SQUAT AND DEADLIFT AREA ONLY.

PLEASE;
DO NOT REMOVE THEM FROM THE RACKS AREA

DO NOT USE THEM ON A MACHINE, SLED OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON OTHER THAN SQUATS & DEADLIFTS.

Also be careful when handling the Calibrated Plates, they are slick, dense and don't have as much grip as our standard plates.

Our Women on the Move class starts back again next Wednesday evening.

The perfect opportunity to get some physical activity in a friendly, encouraging environment.

Our very own powerlifting guru .c.p_by_jamie is up tomorrow and then the 3 strong ladies, .egan and are competing on Sunday.

Due to how busy the gym has become since New Year and to ensure some comfort for our existing members, we have decided to pause our membership. We have about 20 Membership spots available before the pause comes into effect.

Once these 20 spots are filled we will start a waiting list for prospective new members.
