• 30 g spelt flour
• 30 g skyr natur

Mix, roll thin, cook in a hot pan for 1–2 min per side.

~120 kcal

✨ Healthier Homemade Spice Bag (447 kcal • 50g Protein!) ✨

Who says a spice bag can’t fit your macros? 👀🔥
This high-protein version hits all the cravings — crispy chicken, oven-baked chips, peppers, onions, all tossed in that iconic spice blend… but lighter, leaner, and just as unreal.

Ingredients
200g sliced chicken breast
1/2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 onion
1/2 red pepper
Slice red chilli optional
1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
150g potatoes

Method
Coat chicken in cornflour, salt and pepper and fry or bake in oven 180deg 30mins. Bake the chips for 30-35 mins. Toss in the veg half way through.

Spice bag seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss everything together and add spice mix, bake for 1min and serve.
