🎉 15 years with Almotech! Today we’re celebrating a huge milestone for Glen Boyle, our Senior Software Development Engineer, who has been part of Almotech for 15 years!

Glen has played a major role in the technology behind Almotech and in the development of the software our customers use every day. Our platform is built in house and having people like Glen with such deep knowledge of our systems has been a big part of that.

But beyond the job title, Glen is simply a huge part of the Almotech team. Fifteen years is an incredible commitment and we’re very lucky to have had his experience, knowledge and contribution throughout so much of Almotech’s growth.

A massive thank you to Glen for everything he has brought to Almotech over the past 15 years. Here’s to the next chapter!

It felt like the right time for our brand to reflect the company we are today.

When it comes to digital signage, movement catches your eye, but that doesn’t mean everything on the screen should be moving at once.

Your attention naturally shifts towards movement. Used well, that gives you a simple way to guide customers towards the product, promotion or message you want them to see. A digital menu board packed with competing animation can quickly become harder to follow. Give the important part the movement and let the rest of the content support it.

Good digital signage doesn’t need everything to move. It moves what matters!

Good digital signage doesn’t start with the screen. It starts behind the scenes, with the right content, design and planning. From shaping how content looks to thinking about how it works in a real retail or hospitality space, there’s a lot that happens before anything goes live.

We’re delighted to welcome Ray Conroy to Almotech as our new Field Sales Executive. Ray brings over 20 years of experience in the retail sector, with a strong background in building customer relationships, understanding business needs and providing practical solutions.

Ray will work with retailers, hospitality businesses and organisations across the West of Ireland, helping them find the right digital signage, audio and technology solutions for their spaces.
