Adult lessons are suitable for complete beginners, improvers, and more confident swimmers who would like better technique, structure, and support.

A little time for you can mean quite a lot during pregnancy. 🤰💦

Pregnancy Aqua Yoga with Swimtastic offers 45 minutes in warm water to move gently, stretch, breathe and simply slow things down for a while.

There’s no need to be a swimmer or to have tried yoga before - we are in the shallow end.

Everything can be taken at your own pace, with the water providing a comfortable, supportive place to move.
