2 of our juvenile athletes Sarah Keogh and Kiera Kelly joined 400 other athletes from clubs all over the country to Run With Ciara at the National Senior Track and Field Championships at Morton Stadium yesterday. It was such a special moment to be part of and had a big impact on both of them. Thanks to Athletics Ireland and to Ciara and all the athletes they met on the day.

What a fab end to the season,celebrations in the sun with lots of water and ice cream for everyone to enjoy.

We have had a fantastic year and our club is going from strength to strength each year.

Huge thanks to all our Coaches and Committee members who keep this club going all year round. Our club is a massive asset to the children in the locality and we have created something special here 🙌

Lastly thanks to every child for making our club what it is and to your parents /guardians for encouraging your athletic journey and supporting us in all we do.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️National Medal Alert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are beyond proud and excited to announce that club member Oskarus Stonkus won a National Bronze medal in the Boys U12 Shot Putt at the National Track and Field Championships in Tullamore on Sunday. What an amazing achievement from this young man who has proven himself to be a real all rounder. Winning a national track and field medal is extremely difficult and shows how good an athlete Oskarus is with limited experience and the potential he has.

Having won Silver in the event at Leinster and Gold in Combined Events he has shown his ability across a range of different disciplines.

Oskarus also managed to win Gold in U12 Long Jump at Carlow Community Games on Saturday and made it back from Tullamore to help his team to Gold in the U13 Mixed Relay on Sunday afternoon confirming his place in 2 events at the National Community Games finals in August.

We have another 2 Leinster Champions in our club 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Massive well done to Keira Kelly who came away with a bronze medal in the Pole Vault today. What a fantastic result .

Erika O’Grady secured a bronze medal in the 2k steeplechase also today. Another amazing result.

What a fantastic few weeks for St Pats Atheltic Club. Everyone is beyond proud of you guys 🙌🙌
