Keeping an eye on one of my clients 😂 as he does some TRX work!!
Training sessions are going so well, my strength is coming back and it's a great feeling.. Forgetting about the stresses of life and concentrating on a 45 minute work out has massive benefits for body and mind..
Post training food - salmon, beetroot and eggs, simple and delicious!!
