This weekend, Ciara, Micheal and Arran from our fitness team completed a refresher course with Image Fitness Ireland as part of our ongoing commitment to providing the very best service to our members.💪🏻🏋️

We’re always striving to upskill, refresh our knowledge, and ensure we continue delivering the highest standards across our facility.

It’s was also great to get to spend time with some of our other clubs 💪🏻🏋️ and a big thank you from May from for delivering our course ❤️
