🍬Sweet Treats under 150kcal🍬
My go to with a cup of Coffee is definitely a Caramel Freddo 🤤🍫
This is a gentle reminder that you don’t need to cut out or restrict your favourite foods in order to lose weight, yes you might need to eat less of the less nutritious food types but there is no need to cut it out completely.
Cutting out your favourite foods will not only lead to an unhealthy relationship with food, it will increases your chances of binging especially at the weekends 💔
If a ‘Coach’ is asking you to remove an entire food group I.e., Carbohydrates or is insisting you can’t enjoy the food you love in moderation this is a red flag 🚩 and maybe time to move on.
Enjoying your favourite food in moderation will increase adherence to your plan, make the process x10 more enjoyable and as a result you will achieve your goals far happier 🖤
