These classes are made for the early days of motherhood (or not), when your body is healing and your routine is adjusting. Getting to the gym isn’t always easy, so we’ve created a space where both you and your baby are welcome.
We’ll focus on gently rebuilding strength, supporting your pelvic floor, and moving with confidence — all in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment. Every session includes safe, practical exercises you can take with you into everyday life.
