Motherhood is powerful — and so are you!

These classes are made for the early days of motherhood (or not), when your body is healing and your routine is adjusting. Getting to the gym isn’t always easy, so we’ve created a space where both you and your baby are welcome.

We’ll focus on gently rebuilding strength, supporting your pelvic floor, and moving with confidence — all in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment. Every session includes safe, practical exercises you can take with you into everyday life.

Come move, connect, and take a little time for you — with a group of like-minded moms on the same journey. 💪

🚨 More isn’t always better—BETTER is better. 🚨

More cardio. More restriction. More squats. More gym time. 📈 But if you’re not careful, “more” can lead to burnout, injury, and illness. 😩

Instead of chasing more, focus on smarter:

✅ Smarter training (balance intensity + recovery)
✅ Smarter nutrition (fuel, don’t deprive)
✅ Smarter habits (sustainable > extreme)

We will let our members settle into their new training program before adding more to their plate.

There are no restrictions of any foods during this challenge. The foods you crave the most are the ones you restrict!

Do yourself a favor and stop following low calorie diets that end up in the same place each time.

Instead, approach nutrition like you approach training.

Consistently and gradually better over time leads to BIG CHANGES.
