Sport Specific Fitness Class designed to improve the players' knowledge about the gym and physical activity.
Improve overall strength and fitness specific to the players' sport in FUN & SAFE Environment!

Includes:
• Introduction to Gym (basics of sport specific strenght training, focusing on correct and safe technique)

• Agility & Speed (involving change of direction and decision-making skills)

• Conditioning (using high intensity work involving basic and safe equipment such as bikes, medicine balls, boxing pad work, or battle ropes)

• Mobility & Injury Prevention (increasing flexibility and minimising the risk of sports specific injuries)

𝙊𝙋𝙀𝙉 𝙈𝙄𝙉𝘿: a willingness to listen to or accept different ideas or opinions.

As I got older, I learnt to be more open-minded. Try different things I wouldn't necessarily be up for trying by myself (my girlfriend made me! ❤️😂).

Try having more than one hobby. For me, it's:
Cars (I like to have nice cars, fancy wheels, high specs, etc ....). More for my head and satisfaction!
Gym (I switched up from bodybuilding to powerlifting to weightlifting and now just doing a bit of everything... even if I don't feel like it, I know I'll feel worse not going in!). Keeps me healthy and in shape both physically and mentally 👌

Try something different every now and then... give it a try for a few weeks before you give up on it!
Be open-minded to different points of view and ideas ✅️
It will help you to be able to keep growing and getting better 💪

look at things from a different perspective 💡
Be a better person 😊

Personal Training, Online Coaching, Gym, and Fitness of any type and form is more than just the Before & After pictures and looking like a model/bodybuilder! 😊
It's about getting that little bit better every week, every month, every year.
Learning how to pick yourself back up if you fall off the wagon. NOT GIVING UP!
Believing and having confidence in your own abilities and capabilities.
Pushing out of your comfort zone, making sure you're constantly improving and working on yourself.
OR....
WHATEVER THE REASON IS YOU WANT TO DO IT ...

Hi Rafal
Not really sure what i should say - but it was super important to me to have had your expert advice.
I was hiking the hills every weekend with friends from Tralee Mountaineering Club (Saturday and Sunday)
I wanted to have a tailored gym programme to focus on certain muscle groups that would complement the hiking training. I was warned that descending would be hard on joints for example around knees. As I had a previous ankle injury, I needed to focus on strengthening that ankle and on improving balance. Apart from the gym programme itself you gave me confidence from the beginning that I could do this! That was super important as I had never participated in this kind of adventure before. I generally walk with the Level One group which is the easiest in TMC and I was very doubtful about my fitness levels to undertake this task. You were so positive from the beginning and the programme was so specific that it kept me injury free and I never got aches or pains in my body during the week long trekking.
