Hi Rafal
Not really sure what i should say - but it was super important to me to have had your expert advice.
I was hiking the hills every weekend with friends from Tralee Mountaineering Club (Saturday and Sunday)
I wanted to have a tailored gym programme to focus on certain muscle groups that would complement the hiking training. I was warned that descending would be hard on joints for example around knees. As I had a previous ankle injury, I needed to focus on strengthening that ankle and on improving balance. Apart from the gym programme itself you gave me confidence from the beginning that I could do this! That was super important as I had never participated in this kind of adventure before. I generally walk with the Level One group which is the easiest in TMC and I was very doubtful about my fitness levels to undertake this task. You were so positive from the beginning and the programme was so specific that it kept me injury free and I never got aches or pains in my body during the week long trekking.
