Important Race Information

Number Collection
Race numbers can be collected between 4:00am and 4:45am at the start line.
Please allow sufficient time for collection before the race begins.
Race Start
The race will start at 5:00am sharp.
All runners should be at the start line and ready to go before 5:00am.
Start Line Safety
Runners are asked to park in the Brandon Car Park.
Crew vehicles are requested to park below the entrance to the Wetlands.
No vehicles will be permitted around the start line for safety reasons.
The road at the start line is very narrow, and keeping the area clear is essential to ensure the safety of all participants.

Jim McNeice, one of the main organisers behind the recently held Tralee 100km Ultra Marathon, has hailed the latest outing as a huge success for all involved.

At around the 70k mark, Narumi asked:

"Is the leader far ahead?"

he was told:

"You are the leader." 😂

I guess that's what happens when you're so busy chasing goals that you don't realize everyone else is chasing you!

What a performance from Loida Sangines, who crossed the line in an incredible 9:25:37 to take victory in the 100K Classic 2025.

Over 100 kilometres, she showed remarkable strength, determination, resilience, and class. On a day when every runner faced the challenge of the distance, Loida set the standard and proved exactly what is possible through dedication and hard work.

They say ultrarunning is about endurance, courage, and heart — and Loida demonstrated all three in abundance.
