GET BUSY is officially hitting the SOS studios today! 🕺🏻🔥

And this one is a little extra special for me because I learned this routine at the SOS BOSS Workshop in London recently — taught by Randall Watson himself 🥹🔥

Randall brings serious STAR POWER to his choreography, and if you know his credits… Beyoncé, J.Lo, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Tate McRae… I mean 😮‍💨🔥

And trust me, this one has ALL the Carnival energy.

We’re missing Week 1 in Tralee while the studio is unavailable, but we’re making up for it with a 1.5hr workshop for Week 2 on Tuesday 25th August!

We’re back on Tuesday 25th August with a special Get Busy commercial workshop 💃🏼

This one is extra special because I recently travelled to London for our SOS BOSS workshop, where we learned this routine directly from Randall Watson 🔥

Expect big energy, good music, a few cheeky challenges and most importantly… a room full of people having FUN 🫶🏻

Okay but can we talk about this routine for a second?! 😂👏🏼

The musicality is HARD. Like… “why are my arms doing that when my feet are supposed to be doing this?!” hard 😂

So a massive props to every Queen who gave it a go on Tuesday 🫶🏻 You might not have felt like you nailed every count, but you showed up, challenged yourself and DID THE DAMN THING 👏🏼

And honestly, that’s what SOS is all about. It’s not about perfection. It’s about pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones, laughing when the choreography completely falls apart, picking it back up and having a bloody good time while we’re at it 😝

Because somehow the chaos is always better when we’re all in it together, hyping each other up, cheering each other on and having a laugh along the way 🥹💛

So whether you were there Tuesday and want another go or you’ve been watching from the sidelines thinking “I might actually try this…” 👀

❤️‍🔥 NEW ROUTINE ❤️‍🔥

We’re taking on Get Right by J.Lo for the next two Tuesdays (4th & 11th August) and I am SO excited for this one 🙌🏻

Choreographed by the incredible & .june , this routine has all the iconic early 2000s music video vibes. Think attitude, performance and feeling like THAT girl ✨

One of my favourite things about SOS is that we don’t just learn random dances. Every routine is choreographed by industry professionals who’ve worked with some of the biggest artists in the world, so you really are getting something special every time you come to class ❤️

We had 11 amazing queens in the studio, including 6 newbies! 🥹✨

Thank you to every single one of you for bringing the energy, the laughs and giving Midnight Sun the send-off it deserved.

Seeing so many new faces walk through the door reminds me exactly why I love what I do 💃🏼
