WMO EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022

Well it is a new day so live every minute and enjoy every second.

Well it is two weeks since the WMO European Championships . I went there with my amazing students as a coach and as a martial artist i have always wanted to compete and show my students that there coach will always lead by example. But this year injuries have hit me hard . My left leg hamstring and glute injury and my right leg quad and hip injury but it didn't stop me yes I had to modify my kicks my stances and also my movements but I gave my best and came out on top winning another world martial arts European title. See in life there is things we want but can't have there is things we want to do but can't do there is bad days and there is good days but just remember giving up is not something you should do no matter what life throws at you as obstacles are only obstacles. So keep pushing live laugh love and achieve every day and don't let anything or anyone stop you from being you.

Well what a Grading we had yesterday . Just finished cleaning up The studio after a six hour Grading yesterday. Yes it was tough very tough as that is how all gradings should be as there is nothing easy in life you have to work for what you want . So I want to congratulate all my students you all put in a awesome performance. Thanks to all parents for there understanding and patience on this long grading and a big thank you to my bbma grading team Miss Isabel Shaw and miss Keira Frampton and Myself of course . I also want to welcome our newest blackbelts
Mr Harry Maguire Who becomes our newest Jr blackbelt and to Miss Rachel Prenderville on her promtion to 1st dan blackbelt . Fantastic work by all bbma Students from your Proud Coaches

Well what a weekend we had . BBMA Team Ireland. My Super girls . My Champions. Yes we are definitely back four competitors 10 European medals. What a display we put on it was just Incredible and the feed back we got back from other clubs on the day was mind blowing. We are Team BBMA Ireland a multiple award winning Irish club from a small town in Tralee Co kerry. I really want to give a massive thanks to John and Agnes Shaw for all they do for me my students and for our club two must absolutely fantastic people who are such a massive part of the BBMA family and to simmone for travelling with us and being part of a super weekend. 🇮🇪 🇮🇪 👌👊

Well at Blackbelt martial arts academy our Instructors always lead by example. Results back in from North American Sports Karate virtual Championship 2021 and my amazing senior Blackbelt Student and BBMA Assistant Instructor and team Ireland member Miss Isabel Shaw placing 9th place at this big world tournament is a fantastic achievement . We are a multiple award winning martial arts academy and our programmes are changing lives every single day. Congratulations Izzy you always give it your all and you always make your club, team mates and your coaches very proud.
