PROTEIN PANCAKES
Ingredients
200g oats (blended into flour)
30g or 1 scoop of protein powder of choice
200ml Milk (almond or soy if preferable)
Milk can be added or reduced to suit personal preference
1 egg
1 banana
Blend all ingredients together.
Cook on a frying pan close to Max heat.
Take care with cooking as the pancakes will cook very fast, about 10-20 seconds per side should be ideal.
To make a healthy chocolate chip version, add 85% dark chocolate, finely chopped up into small pieces into the mixture before frying.
Makes approximately 8 pancakes.
150 calories per pancake.
10g protein per pancake
Can be topped with natural peanut butter or low calorie syrup.
