⚡FREE SWIMMING COURSE⚡
Yes, you read that right!
We are offering a free swimming course for children the week of Monday 15th June.
Our Swim Teachers are completing a course that week and lessons will be part of the course.
The 20 minute free lessons run from 3:45pm onwards up to 5:00pm.
We have limited availability, so don't delay call us now on 066-7144200.
PLEASE NOTE: Children must be over the age of 5 years old and you must make a commitment to come every day the lessons are on.

🏋️‍♀️ TEEN GYM PROGRAMME 🏋️‍♂️
Our Teen Gym programme starts this Tuesday 2nd June for teenagers between 14-16 years old.
It's a great way for your Teenager to be introduced to a gym and learn how to use the equipment safely.
It's dedicated session for Teenagers and is Supervised by our Garda vetted staff.
Parents must call in with their Teenager to sign them up and proof of their date of birth is required (i.e. passport or birth cert).
Every new member receives a Gym induction from our qualified staff before they start.
The programme runs every week on Mondays to Thursdays from 11am to 1pm.
COST: €30 per month - payable by card only.
