We are absolutely delighted to have Damien O'Sullivan of .aris coming in to talk all things nutrition for both underage squads & club members 🍎

This is a fantastic opportunity for all youths in and their parents to come in and listen to an expert in the area 🗣️

Damien will primarily focus on underage but will also speak about adult nutrition and the connection between both ✅

Damien is a dedicated Nutritionist and Strength & Conditioning coach with a passion for competitive sports and human biology. With an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Science along with over 10 years of professional experience, he helps individuals achieve their health and performance goals.

He is also the proud owner of .aris Wellness & Recovery Suite in Cork city who specialise in sports recovery, pain management, and wellness.

Our members are the best people to explain what we do and how we do it 🗣️

As a member, every time you refer a spouse, family member, friend, colleague etc. you will receive 5 complementary sessions credits on top of your normal monthly membership 😍
