My name is Monika and I'm a qualified fitness instructor with 7+ years of experience working with a wide variety of people looking for different goals including weight loss, muscle building, injury prevention and post-injury recovery. I have experience working with people with different needs and health issues. Currently, I'm doing a Post Graduate Diploma (Level 9) in Applied Exercise for Health.

I'm running Pilates classes every Tuesday at 6:45pm and Saturday at 3pm. It's a 6-week program, costing 60 euro. Classes are focusing on improving strength, balance, stability, mobility and flexibility for everyone ranging from beginners to experienced individuals. There is an option of Pay as You Go for limited numbers, booking in advance is required. If you're interested in Pilates or personal training, make sure to reach out!

I am happy to inform you that new Pilates with Mon classes will take place on every Saturday at 9 am starting from the 4th of June.
It is a 3 classes package (30 euro) and it is located on the Pembroke Street (Bounce studio).
The classes at 3pm are no longer available.
