Bring your child to personal training👶👶👶
We know it can be hard to find the time to train when you have a new born child, especially at a time when you are most likely looking to get back training more than ever.
Here at DT Fitness and Performance you can bring your baby along while you get through your personalised training session.
Already working with various new mothers, we offer an easy, stress free environment to train in, all the time with your child in close quarters.
Nobody else will be in the gym so it's hassle free when it comes to attending to the child as well as feeling safe in the knowledge that doing so will not affect anyone else.
We have Mothers who bring their children from as young as 12 weeks to 6 years of age.
