A genuine top man that knows the trade inside out and happy to give me some advice on restoring the best Italian Campagnolo components to help me further my own craft.

Merry Christmas to Me from Me 🎄🎅

As is tradition at this stage, a new Colnago to add to the collection on Christmas day. Got this beautiful C64 from a former Aussie National Champion 🦘 and World Tour rider.

The C64 is the last frame designed by the man himself Ernesto Colnago!! A real made in Italy bike 🇮🇹

This is a top notch build with Dura Ace Di2 groupset with power meter, Enve it's on Chris King hubs, Cane Creek EE brakes, Lightweight cages and Pro finishing kit 👌

Pinarello Prince of Spain Alejandro Valverde Limited Edition 🇪🇸❤️💛

Got to finish one of my long term projects late last night, 2 years since I originally purchased it.

2008 Le Tour de France and Alejandro Valverde goes into the Yellow Jersey while riding for Caisse Depargne Team.

Funny thing is it was actually my brother that had the Caisse Depargne kit and I had FDJ kit. We were very very new to cycling back then and obviously supported "our team" 😂 We both loved the riding style and aggressive racing of Valverde and then the dream of owning one of these bikes had started.

Fast forward to 2023 and this stunning machine came up for sale and I had to add it to my collection. Stripped it down from the original 11 speed Campagnolo groupset and set out on doing a replica to that used by the man himself.

Which would you choose?

With starting today and releasing a limited edition C68 in red. I decided to take my own C50 out and test it on some local climbs. All I can say is this bike is great while dancing out of the saddle and those Dura Ace C24 tubular wheels just make the bike super light.
